Return & Exchange Policy
At Demon Bikini, we take pride in creating bold, high-quality handmade swimwear designed to stand out. Each piece is produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and craftsmanship.
Due to hygiene standards associated with swimwear, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to assist with size or style exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
If you need an exchange, please email hello@demonbikini.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and our team will guide you through the process.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Returned with original tags attached
- Hygienic liner still intact
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue the exchange.
Please note that Demon Bikini is not responsible for lost return shipments. If your return package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the courier service directly.
How do I take care of my bikini?
Washing machines are a bikini’s worst enemy! Hand wash with a drop of mild detergent in cold water, then lay flat to dry. Avoid excess oils and lotions—they can be harmful to your bikini. Rinse and wash ASAP if they do get on your suit. Check out our Complete Bikini Care Guide .
